Bread and butter Pudding


Ingredients:

. Milk Pack- 1 Pack

. Eggs- 10

. Sugar- 200 Grams

. Butter- 50 Grams

. Raisin- 50 Grams

. Bread Slices- 6

. Vanilla Essence- 2 Drops

Method:

. Blend Eggs and Sugar and Vanilla Essence Together, add Milk and Stain the Mixture through a Cloth with holes in between.

. Pour the Mixture in a Mould or a Bowl.

. Trim the edges of Bread Slices arrange on Top of the Mixture, Garnish Raisins and Butter on Top.

. Place the Bowl or Mould in a Water pan and Bake for one Hour at 150 Degree Celsius.

Chocolate Mousse


Chocolate Sauce Ingredients:

. Chocolate- 500 Grams

. Fresh Cream- 400 Grams

Method:

. Heat a Pan and Put Chocolate in it and When the Chocolate Melts add Fresh Cream Just Mix(No More cooking).

Whipped Cream Ingredients:

. Fresh Cream- 1200 Grams

. Sugar- 300 Grams

Method:

. Add Sugar to The Fresh Cream and and Whisk. Add Chocolate Sauce to the Whipped Cream and Mix. Place Mixture in a Bowl and Cool it in the Fridge.

. Make a Small Size Sponge, Pour the Mixture on top of it and bake in oven at 150 Degree Celsius for 15-20 Minutes. 

Tiramisu

Sponge Ingredients:

. Eggs- 5

. White Flour- 100 Grams

. Sugar- 100 Grams

. Pineapple Essence- 2 Drops

Method:

. Beat The Eggs and Sugar Together When it Becomes Fluffy, add White Flour and Pineapple Essence to It. 

. Place The Mixture in the Bowl and Cool it in the Fridge.


Coffee Syrup Ingredients:

. Coffee- 1,1/2 Tea Spoon

. Water- 100 Grams

. Sugar- 1 Table Spoon


Method:

. Mix Coffee, water and sugar together and make a mixture.

Ingredients For Filling:

. Cream Cheese- 200 Grams

. Milk- 100 Grams

. Whipped Cream- 300 Grams

. Gelatin Liquid- 1 Tea Spoon

Method:

. Cut Thin Layers of Sponge and Arrange in a Mould and Pour Coffee Mixture on Top of The Sponge.


. Add Cream Cheese, Milk and Whipped Cream and Shake Well.




. Pour This Mixture on top of the sponge and cool it in the Fridge.

Mango Fool


Ingredients:

. Whipped Cream- 200 Grams

. Mango Puree- 500 Grams

. Mango Cube- 250 Grams

. Mango Sauce- 1/2 Tea Cup

. Gelatin Dry- 1 Table Spoon

. Mango Slice- 1

Method:

. Mix Gelatin with Mango Puree, add mango cubes and Whipped Cream. 

. Make a Layer Of Mango Slices in a Glass Bowl, Pour Over The Mango Mixture. 

. Pour Mango Sauce on top of the mixture and Garnish With Mango Slices.

Marble Cheese Cake


Ingredients:

. Cream Cheese- 200 Grams

. Milk- 200 Grams

. Whipped Cream- 1/2 Kg

. Gelatin Dry- 2 Table Spoon

. Lemon Juice- 1 Lemon

. Chocolate Sauce- 2 Table Spoon

. Sponge- 1 Layer

Method:

. Mix Cream Cheese and Milk and add Lemon Juice and Whipped Cream and Blend Together.

. Add Gelatin to The Mixture.

. Brush the Mould with Oil, Lay a Layer Of Sponge and Pour Cream Cheese On Top.

. Add Chocolate Sauce and Make Marble Patterns.

Apple Pie


Pie Paste Ingredients:

. Cooking Butter- 500 Grams

. Icing Sugar- 250 Grams

. Water- 1/4 Cup

. White Flour- 850 Grams

Method:

. Mix Butter and Sugar Together, add Water and White Flour and Mix Properly.

. Keep Refrigerated for a Couple Of Hours, Pour It In a Mould and Arrange Pie Paste.

Pie Filling Ingredients:

. Cooking Apple Slices- 2 Kg

. Sugar- 1/2 Kg

. Raison- 100 Grams

. Cinnamon Powder- 1 Tea Spoon

. Egg- 1

. Corn Flour- 1 Tea Spoon

Method:

. Pie Filling, Cook apple and Sugar Together in a Pan. When Little Quantity of Water is Left Add Corn Flour.

. Add Raison and Cinnamon Powder.

. Fill It In The Pie, add egg wash the Top.

. Bake In The Oven for 35-40 Minutes at 150 Degree Celsius.
 

Black Forest Cake


Sponge Ingredients:

. Eggs- 5

. White Flour- 75 Grams

. Sugar- 100 Grams

. Coca Powder- 25 Grams

Garnishing Ingredients:

. Whipped Cream- 500 Grams

. Cherry- 1/2 Tin

. Crushed Fresh Chocolate- 250 Grams

Method:

. Beat The Eggs and Sugar Together when it Becomes Fluffy, add White Flour and Coca Powder to it.

. Brush Oil in the Mould and Put Fluffy Better Into It and Bake In Oven for 30 Minutes at 150 Degree Celsius.

. Garnish With Whipped Cream, Crushed Fresh Chocolate and Cherries.

Pineapple Cake


Sponge Ingredients:

. Eggs- 5

. White Flour- 100 Grams

. Sugar- 100 Grams

. Pineapple Essence- 2 Drops

Garnishing Ingredients:

. Whipped Cream- 500 Grams

. Pineapple Cubes- 5

Method:

. Beat the Eggs and Sugar Together when it Becomes Fluffy, add White Flour and Pineapple Essence to It. Brush Oil in Mould. Bake For 30 Minutes at 150 Degree Celsius.

. After Baked Garnish With Whipped Cream and Pineapple Cubes.

Apple Shortcake


Ingredients:

. Butter- 2 Table Spoon

. White Flour- 1 Cup

. Salt- 1/2 Tea Spoon

. Baking Powder- 1/2 Tea Spoon

. Icing Sugar- 1 Table Spoon

. Milk- 1/4 Cup

Ingredients For Filling:

. Apples- 3

. Icing Sugar- 1/2 Cup

. Lemon Juice- 1 Table Spoon

. Cinnamon- 1/2 Tea Spoon

. Water- 1, 1/4 Cups

Whipped Cream- 1 Cup


Method:

. Sift Flour, Salt, and Baking Powder into a Large Bowl, Stir in Sugar Then Add Butter and Rub With Fingers Until The Mixture Resembles Fine Bread Crumbs. Pour In The Milk and Mix To Make a Soft Dough.

. Knead The Dough Lightly, Then Roll Out to 1-2 Inch Thick, Circles Using Cutter.

. Bake In The Oven for About 15 Minutes and Let Cool.

. In a Pan Place Sugar, Apple, Lemon Juice and Cinnamon, Add Water Bring To Boil and Uncover for about 10 Minutes or Until The Apples Are Tender.

. Place The Apple and Dough Baked. Garnish With Cream and top dust with Icing Sugar.


Egg Pudding


Ingredients:

. Fresh Milk- 1 Kg

. Eggs- 10

. Sugar- 200 Grams

. Vanilla Essence- 1/2 Tea Spoon

. Sugar (For Caramel Sauce)- 100 Grams

Method:

. In a Bowl Mix Together Sugar and Eggs, Whisk Well and Pour in Vanilla Essence.

. Heat Sugar in a Pan Until It Becomes Brown Colour, Pour In some Water & Remove From Heat.

. Line The Caramel Mould With The Caramel , Sugar and Keep A Side for 10 Minutes.


. Pour The Mixture in a Caramel Mould.


. In a Deep Baking Tray Pour Water and Set Caramel Moulds in The Tray And Bake them in the Oven For about 30 Minutes At 330 Degree Celsius.


. Take Out From Oven and Remove From The Water. Leave To Cool, Serve
